The Link Up - The Family Business
The Care Leaver Link Up is a group of people from across Hull City Council who meet to link up young people to support and opportunities at Hull City Council.
Led by our Champions the Link up meets regularly and works together to try and overcome some of the barriers and issues young people face when trying to achieve employment.

The Champions are there to help you to access the support on offer. They can meet with you to look at your goals, make plans, and support you to make the links to services and support to help you on your way.
