The Leaving Care Service

We offer advice and information to care experienced young people aged 16 to 25 years who are eligible for support.

We want to ensure that you know that at 18, things may change for you as you become an adult, but this does not mean you are alone. There is support available from us and other services to help you move on to independence and beyond.

Our aim is to ensure you are supported on your journey into adulthood. We will work with you to help you prepare for your future, listen to you and ensure your views, wishes and feelings are paramount.

The team consists of -

  • 2 Team Managers
  • 2 Senior Personal Advisors
  • 11 Personal Advisors
